Refund & Cancellation Policy

AGZ Technologies Private Limited (Macha AI) maintains discretionary rights regarding subscription acceptance and cancellation. The company will verify claim validity and may suspend accounts during review. All decisions are final and binding without review options.

Grounds for Account Rejection

Claims may be entertained if account content:

1. Is harmful, offensive, inaccurate, or damages website reputation
2. Violates Indian applicable laws
3. Deceives or misleads clients about user identity or material origin
4. Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
5. Harasses another person or advocates harassment
6. Promotes illegal activity or abusive/threatening/obscene conduct
7. Is offensive enough to alienate suppliers or stakeholders

Refund Terms

Services provided by AGZ Technologies Private Limited are non-refundable, and you agree and consent to the same.

However, the company commits to rectifying issues arising during service use upon notification. Should an error result solely from the company's fault and prove unresolvable, Macha AI may choose to refund the service payment amount. All refund decisions remain final and non-reviewable.
